Laura Guidice (she/her), an Executive Assistant to the CEO of IDEA Analytics, offers over 20 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives and CEOs in the financial, insurance, education, and non-profit industries.

Laura has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, has increased efficiency in several of her assigned roles, and is effective at teaching and mentoring new employees. Through her years of experience, she has developed many employee development plans and implemented programs, policies, and processes ensuring effective and efficient production within the organization.

Laura obtained a degree in Business Administration from The Berkley College in New York. She is a native New Yorker who now resides in Arizona with her husband and their dogs. Laura is an active volunteer for the local veterans’ associations in her community and an amateur baker learning the art of cake decorating.
