Digital Transformation

RTCC Leadership Mastermind for Public Safety

A three-month peer learning and accountability program designed for public safety leaders navigating the complexity of digital transformation—from Real-Time Crime Centers to analytical programs to technology ecosystem development.

This isn't training.

It's a structured space where leaders who are actually doing the work challenge each other's thinking, share real failures, and build sustainable transformation strategies together.

Learning Philosophy

This program is built on three principles

28-1.webp

Peer Learning

We learn from each other through discussions and learning what has worked, what hasn't, and why. We benefit from being open, testing out beliefs, and reflecting on changes.

29-1.webp

Application over Theory

Every session includes real work on your current challenges and needs. You're not learning —you're solving problems in real time and ensuring you have dedication to solutions.

30-1.webp

Accountability creates Results

Your cohort knows what you committed to do. That pressure matters more than any curriculum timeline or course period. Everyone is cheering for you to succeed.

Facilitator Approach

I don't lecture. I facilitate peer learning, challenge assumptions, and hold you accountable to what you said you'd do.

Expect

  • Direct feedback on flawed thinking

  • Case studies from 200+ agency implementations

  • Skepticism, based in evidence, about your favorite solutions

  • Insistence on measuring what matters

Don't Expect

  • Validation of decisions you've already made

  • Technology recommendations

  • One-size-fits-all answers

  • Gentle encouragement without challenge

Application Process

31.webp

Step 1: Submit Application

32.webp

Step 2: Selection Interview

33.webp

Step 3: Cohort Assignment

If you answer yes to all, then let's begin.

  • Am I willing to share real failures and barriers, not just successes?

  • Can I commit to challenging other leaders' assumptions?

  • Will I apply what I learn to my agency?

  • Am I ready to be held accountable?
